                                                                            INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (Re-posting)
For the Completion of the Remaining Works and Commissioning of Two (2) Micro Hydropower (MHP) Systems in Two (2) Sites in the Province of South Cotabato

The Alliance for Mindanao and Multi-Regional Renewable/Rural Energy Development III (AMORE 3) Program is a four (4) year program implemented by Winrock International in partnership with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Philippine Department of Energy (DOE), and SunPower Foundation.  AMORE supports the Philippine government bring energy services to rural households particularly in Mindanao.
 
A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Winrock International and DOE supports the completion of the remaining works and commissioning of two (2) MHP projects in two (2) sites namely: Barangay Upper Sepaka in the Municipality of Surallah and Sitio Lobo, Barangay Ned in the Municipality of Lake Sebu, both in the Province of South Cotabato.  Implementation and construction of the said MHP projects was started by Yamog Inc., a Mindanao-based Non-government Organization involved in renewable energy projects development.  
 
This is a 2nd call for submission of EOI for the supply and delivery of materials and equipment as well as the completion of the remaining works and commissioning of the two (2) MHP projects due to failure of first bidding. (read more)
