ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc. – E-Media Program
The ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc. through its Education through Multi-media (E-Media) Program develops and produces Educational Television (ETV) programs, namely, Sineskwela for Science, Mathtinik for Mathematics, Hiraya Manawari for Values Education, Bayani for Philippine History, and Epol/Apple for English. These ETV programs enhance teaching and learning process for teachers and students, and positively contribute to a more effective delivery of subject matters of the Basic Education curriculum.
By the end of the second phase of the AMORE Program, at least 151 rural schools had been given access to renewable energy-powered DVD-based ETV programs. The Program’s partnership with E-Media continues in the third phase.
Coca-Cola Foundation Philippines, Inc.
Coca-Cola Foundation began operations in 1987, and since then has helped thousands of Filipinos by providing them with better opportunities in livelihood and education, emergency assistance during disasters, and improved environment and a healthier ecosystem. Its Safe Water for Communities Program endeavors to provide potable water to every family in the country, especially those living in impoverished areas.
Coca-Cola Foundation has partnered with the AMORE Program for implementation of a Safe Water and Sanitation project in Pangapuyan Island, Zamboanga City.
Intel Microelectronics (Philippines), Inc.
Intel Microelectronics (Phils.), Inc. is a Sales and Marketing arm of Intel Corporation that aims to develop the Philippine PC consumer market, promote Intel's brand awareness, and work closely with the government and OEMs to help grow the Philippine computer market. In keeping with the company's basic philosophy, Intel's strategy in the Philippines is to take an active role in the development and evolution of the PC environment and harness its power in order to improve quality of people's lives. Intel works closely with academia, industry and government to promote 21st century learning and rural ICT development.
Intel has partnered with the AMORE Program for the implementation of solar-powered computer laboratories with internet connectivity in remote rural schools.
International Copper Association, Southeast Asia, Ltd.
The ICASEA is a non-profit organization whose thrust is the promotion of efficient applications of copper in Southeast Asia. Established by the ICA (International Copper Association, Ltd.) – composed of the world’s top copper producers and fabricators – ICASEA is an implementer of various ICA-supported programs meant to promote the use of copper worldwide.
ICA Southeast Asia, or, ‘Copper’ is AMORE’s partner towards expansion of rural electrification services. Copper and AMORE have agreed to jointly develop and demonstrate commercial approaches for off-grid renewable energy electrification with the aim of strengthening the photovoltaic supply chain the country. Copper has pledged to support AMORE initiatives in strengthening the PV supply and service delivery structure including the training of Barangay Renewable Energy and Community Development Association (BRECDA) technicians and ‘training of trainers’ needed under the TESDA certification and skills accreditation program.
Malampaya Foundation, Inc.
Established in December 2005, the Malampaya Foundation, Inc. reinforces the Malamapaya Partners’ – Shell Philippines Exploration B.V. (SPEX), Chevron Malampaya LLC, and Philippine National Oil Company-Exploration Corporation – commitment to sustainable social and environmental development in areas where the Malampaya Gas to Power Project operates. The Foundation works with communities to empower people to become productive members of society, and assist in improving environmental protection and conservation.
Malampaya Foundation has partnered with the AMORE Program in implementation of projects on school electrification and distance education, and safe water, in rural schools at the Calamianes northern Palawan group of islands.
National Grid Corporation of the Philippines
NGCP operates and maintains the country’s power transmission network, which as of end-2009, involved 19,425 circuit kilometres of transmission lines and 23,853 MVA of sub-station capacity. As the system operator of the power grid, NGCP balances the demand and supply of electricity to efficiently serve all of its customers which include generators, private distribution utilities, electric cooperatives, government-owned utilities, eco-zones, industries and directly-connected companies. Under the umbrella program “BANTAYOS” (Bantay or to safeguard towers and secure public safety + Ayos or maintain facilities and enhance lives of host communities), NGCP implements programs on education, livelihood development, promotion of indigenous people’s culture and arts, protection of the environment and safe water, and public health and safety.
NGCP is the AMORE Program’s partner for Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) projects.
Rotary Club of Dipolog
The Rotary Club of Dipolog of District 3850 has partnered with the AMORE Program for implementation of water and sanitation projects in Zamboanga del Norte. The collaboration falls under the broader Rotary International-United States Agency for International Development Water Alliance, wherein the Philippines is one of the pilot countries together with Ghana and Dominican Republic.

The Rotary Club of Downtown Davao of District 3860 has partnered with the AMORE Program for implementation of water and sanitation projects in Davao. The collaboration falls under the broader Rotary International-United States Agency for International Development Water Alliance, wherein the Philippines is one of the pilot countries together with Ghana and Dominican Republic.
San Miguel Corporation
Established in 1890 as a single-product brewery, San Miguel Corporation is the Philippines’ largest beverage, food and packaging company , with over 100 facilities in the Philippines, Southeast Asia and China, and with an extensive product portfolio which includes over 400 products ranging from beer, hard liquor, juices, basic and processed meats, poultry, dairy products, condiments, coffee, flour, animal feeds and various packaging products. In line with an overall direction under “Enterprise, Education and the Environment,” San Miguel Corporation has implemented various programs and projects on livelihood, health, education, environment and disaster relief.
San Miguel Corporation is the AMORE Program’s partner in a school electrification and distance education projects for the Kalonkambing Elementary School and the Edsa Elementary School in Glan North District, Sarangani.
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-ARMM.
Created by virtue of the Republic Act 7796 (Technical Education and Skills Development Act of 1994), the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority is the government agency tasked to manage and supervise technical education and skills development in the Philippines. TESDA provides direction, policies, programs and standards toward quality technical education and skills development in the country, and establishes and approves the skills standards in various technical and vocational competency fields in the Philippines.
TESDA-ARMM will work with AMORE towards institutionalizing and mainstreaming a National Certification Program for Photovoltaic Technology, three PV technology courses (for which AMORE sought accreditation) for which had been approved and promulgated by the TESDA Board of Directors in December 2008. TESDA-ARMM aims to become the center of excellence for photovoltaic technology education and training in the country.
